Cheap, sustainable, compact living for students

Architectural firm Tengbom designed a smart, compact, functional flat made specifically for students. Currently exhibited at the Virserum Art Museum in Smaland, Sweden, the 10 square meter living space features a sleeping-loft, bathroom, kitchen, small grade, and patio. The flat offers more features than an average college dorm of the same size. Not to mention, due to the use of materials--such as cross laminated wood--the loft is affordable and environmentally friendly.
