William Farges. |
William Farges is a photographer based out of Toulouse, France. He frequently composes and photographs beautiful nudes, but thanks to a fellow suggestion, he chose to try something new. He ended up with the series "Chimeres," in which he composed images to create unreal, contradictory figures. Though the images seem surreal and otherworldly, Farges true intention was to reflect the relationship between body and mind. In reference to his work he states that, "...by combining two images taken at two different times and without artifice, without editing, the viewer unconsciously accepts [my images] and sees my perception of the body."*
