Winston Chmielinski.

Winston Chmielinski creates gorgeous, abstracted paintings of still lives and human figures. Of his own work, he states, "I apply pigment to dust and am asked why the paint’s falling apart. The intention hasn't been to create something solid, but built upon my own body these figurative forms misled. Now the skin flakes, now the flakes rise; and what lingers, just, is a sensation of slow-motion exploding."
