David Agenjo began is a graphic designer turned painter
based out of London. His works tend to feature figurative elements—whether that
be the entire human form or explicitly hands, feet, etc.—combined with a
complex strata of paint and pattern. Agenjo’s artistic process influences the
foundation, or beginning steps, for all of his works. When painting, he uses a
secondary canvas as a palette. This canvas later becomes the new surface for
his next painting, on which he subsequently creates his figurative composition.
Through this routine, Agenjo’s work gains an attractive, abstracted quality.
