OH! Parasite: Miranda July's Videos

Miranda July is a triple threat: preforming artist, writer, and director. She had dabbled in multiple artistic outlets, and has been successful throughout her artistic career. July has been quoted saying she hasn't had to work a day job since age 23. Her videos, performance pieces, and web based projects have been featured in the Museum of Modern Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Of her video resume, July has created short films like Nest of Tens (still above), Getting Stronger Everyday, and Are You the Favorite Person of Anyone? (videos below). In 2005, Miranda wrote, starred in, and directed her first feature film, You, Me, and Everyone We Know. Her most recent movie, The Future, is now in theaters.
