Jesse Balmer is an American artist based out of San Francisco, California. He creates unique drawings of absurd creature hybrids, whether it be bird-airplane monsters or melty-face-oozy-eye-compilation-man. Whatever the subject matter, it is clear Balmer has a child-like sense of imagination and a skill-set to back it.
